Hi, I’m Shikha (ਸ਼ਿਖਾ).
As an experience designer and researcher, I build engaging and thoughtful experiences across services and products.
Currently, I lead executive coaching, most recently with clients at the NYC Economic Development Corporation, Novartis, among others. I also lead product design & research at Nava — we tackle complexity and design for accessible, simple and effective public benefits solutions. I’ve led experience design at Deloitte with a focus on digital transformation and building high-performing teams globally.
Through my work at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, I co-designed the first municipal accelerator of its kind in New York City, serving local small businesses in media and entertainment. I’ve been honored to be named the NYC Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity’s first Design Champion.
With my license in psychology and social work, I also offer therapeutic coaching for those navigating life transitions.
