Cultivating breakthrough experiences

The first of its kind, the Deloitte Greenhouse client studio is composed of three elements — a space that fosters connection, a team of facilitators and behavioral designers, and an approach that reflects the ‘Breakthrough Manifesto’ to accelerate creativity and innovation.

My role

As Client Studio Leader, my mission is to foster our engagement teams and clients to reach breakthroughs in addressing business challenges. Our Greenhouse team draws from behavioral science, psychology (i.e., Business Chemistry), design thinking, strategyand our Deloitte-led IP to drive meaningful results and harness human connection, creativity, and innovation that leads to action. We work with teams to address adaptive challenges (open-ended questions) and technical challenges (specific problems).

Understanding individuals to perform at their best together

By coming together to understand individuals’ intersectionality and their Business Chemistry as the foundation, this allowed teams to feel a sense of belonging and trust. Next, the teams met with Deloitte’s AI Ethics Leader who inspired the CIO team to think to the future as they plan for the next year. The final session facilitated the team to come together and align on ways of working to thrive.
